Every court booking transaction on CourtGrid requires a down payment of 50% of total rental cost via online payment.

• Unilateral cancellation by customer causes the 50% DP to be forfeited and non-refundable.
• Settlement of the remaining 50% is completed on-site at the venue cashier via cash or QRIS before the session begins.
• 100% refund is processed only if emergency operational closure occurs from venue management.

CourtGrid time slot allocation system enforces an automatic time limit of 15 minutes on pending transaction sessions.

• If DP payment is not completed within 15 minutes, the slot is automatically released by the system.
• Rental duration is calculated precisely according to hours stated on QR E-Ticket without late compensation.

All users must comply with safety standards and physical facilities at GOR CourtGrid Arena.

• Must wear sport-specific non-marking shoes in indoor futsal and badminton arenas.
• Strictly prohibited to smoke, carry sharp weapons, or alcoholic beverages into arena premises.

• CourtGrid Platform: the online reservation system that manages court bookings and DP payments.
• Venue or arena: the physical sports facility where match sessions take place.
• E-Ticket: digital reservation proof containing a QR Code issued after DP is verified.
• Automatic release: the system mechanism that releases pending slots past the payment deadline.

By creating an account, you confirm the data provided is accurate and you are responsible for all account activity.

• Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with anyone.
• Ensuring active contact information so reservation and payment notifications always arrive.
• Not abusing the system, including fictitious bookings or schedule manipulation.

CourtGrid functions as a booking platform; session delivery is handled by the venue operator.

• CourtGrid is not liable for physical injuries or loss of property during sessions at the arena.
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond reasonable control such as widespread network outages cannot be charged to the platform.
• The platform's liability is limited to the transaction value recorded in the relevant reservation.
